i promise to TRY TO not be affected by the negative appeals of the media.
this is a hard pledge! i’ve been down on myself a lot lately, and today decided i would actually DO something about it. SO, i’m going to be more conscious about the sort of media i consume, and i am going to try and accept my body just the way it is. working on no more self hate.
